Philosophical/Scholarly in the extreme, but rewardingI found many new ideas among the lectures.

Learn how to --- read this book
Used for installing heart pine floorsI'm now planning to install ceramic tile for first time and hope to find book on this subject as good as Don Bollinger's book.
Robert
really a "must read"I used the book and video to help prepare myself for my first DIY floor installation, and everything went extremely well. I also had some coaching from a local installer, which I highly recommend. He had me practice on an 8' x 8' square before doing anything on the actual floor. The more you can learn, the easier it will all be and the better the final results. In my case, the results were really quite astonishing - I had many, many comments and compliments, and more than one person mentioned that my work was better than the "professional" work in their own house. That's an advantage of doing it yourself - you can take the time to do it right.

Every Seaman Should Have This Book

Great intro to Greek Myths

Disney's 101 Dalmatians

Good, as far as it goes...That being said, this book is still rather light on useful content. Too much space is taken up with historical filler, and most of what's in here can be found on the Web if you're willing to do a little digging...
Good book for beginnersUnfortunately, the book fails to provide a more detailed explanation on the most interesting aspects of the bands: The squeeze. The squeeze of the bands itself does not tell the trader too much, except that the price action is bound for a strong move. However, it is possible to combine other indicators so to have a solid idea which way the move is going to occur.
Some New Good Idea...But Not Enough...Recommended.
We had always read to him, and he liked other books (Dr. Seuss, etc.), but we had to force him to read them on his own. This series he loved enough to really break through and develop that curl-up-somewhere-quiet-and-read habit, and since then we've just watched his smoke.
The illustrations are very vivid and realistic, and the stories taken very seriously (unlike the silly Disney-type versions), which children appreciate more. I would recommend this book for kids up to even 11 or 12.
Like they say, every child can be a reader if you just find the subject that he's interested in. For my son, this -- and, I have to admit, Archie comics -- did the trick.
